Legal and Marketing Dynamics in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industries
Project Tagline
This course focuses mainly on the legal considerations facing the medical product and agricultural biotechnology industries. As a class, we reviewed legal cases with content related to intellectual property, liability, and regulatory action. I also learned from guest speakers who discussed previous or ongoing challenges in their industry roles.

My term paper explores changes to the regulatory framework around mobile medical applications in recent years and what it could mean for entrepreneurs.
